Kara has been a physician assistant since 2011, with a career rooted in both precision medicine and real-world problem solving. She completed specialty training in dermatology while in PA school in Boca Raton, Florida and has spent the majority of her career in dermatology/aesthetics. She has developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful, evidence-based skin care and results that speak for themselves.

Her early clinical foundation was built in emergency medicine, where she spent two years honing decisiveness, efficiency, and calm under pressure—skills that continue to shape the way she cares for each individual today. Since 2013, her focus has been exclusively in dermatology and aesthetics, blending medical expertise with a refined, outcome-driven approach to skin health.

She believes great aesthetic care should feel intentional, personalized, and never rushed. Every plan is curated with purpose—because results aren’t accidental, they’re designed.

Outside the office, she’s a wife to a firefighter and a proud mom of two little girls who keep life busy, joyful, and beautifully grounded. They’re her daily reminder that confidence starts with feeling good in your own skin—at every stage of life. Her and her family love to travel and be active together!
